How do I get shifts?

Download the app, verify your phone and identity details, and browse shifts posted by outlets. Accept one that suits you, turn up on time, and work the agreed hours.

  1. Sign up and verify

Verify your phone in the app, then show ID on your first shift.

  2. Pick a shift

Every shift shows the role, time and hourly pay up front.

  3. Work the shift

Scan the outlet's QR to clock in and out. Hours go on the timesheet.

  4. Get paid

The outlet confirms within 24 hours and pays you by PayNow.

Do I pay anything?

No. BangBang is free for workers. The outlet pays you the full agreed hourly rate.

How do ratings and reliability work?

Outlets and workers rate each other after each shift. Turning up on time and doing good work builds your record, which helps you get booked again.

What jobs are available?

F&B roles such as waiter, kitchen helper, barista and dishwasher. What you see depends on what outlets near you post.

What if I can’t make it?

Cancel early from the booking, or offer the shift to a friend. Running late? Tap “Running late” so the outlet knows.

How do workers get paid?

Workers are paid by PayNow, directly by the outlet, after the shift hours are confirmed. Make sure your PayNow details in the app are correct.

What does verification involve?

Workers verify their phone number and identity details inside the app before booking shifts. The exact checks may change as BangBang grows, so check the app for the current steps.
